Description
Red lentils are the most common type of lentils. The red lentils of Your Organic Nature are pre-peeled and split. Because they become mushy during preparation, they are particularly suitable for soups, sauces and purees. Also delicious in combination with other more solid lentils in salads and casseroles. Cook them in 15 to 20 minutes until done. Use 80 to 100 grams of raw legumes per person.
